Rest assured, I have about twenty tabs worth of entries to reply to, I haven't dropped off the face of the earth! And don't plan to!

However, I have a question for mix-makers on my f-list!

Give me tips? Where do you upload things? How many tracks is typical?

i usually make my mixes about ten tracks but most people make more. here's my mix tag, for example (http://latenightcuppa.livejournal.com/tag/music%3A%20mix%20it%20up%20yo). i think it's a matter of personal preference. as for uploading, i've been using filepost and that's been working fine for me.

Okay next question (which is potentially silly): which program do you use to compile the mix? Do you just add the files to a folder and zip? Or do you export the playlist somehow?

i just add the files to a folder and then zip. i think i'm probably a lazy fanmixer, whoops.
